There are times when you need to look for an outside perspective. Usability Testing

There is no better way to know how well your system will do than to put it in the hands of actual customers. But this needs to be done with great skill and care. You need to recruit exactly the right users. You need to craft a rigorous test that gets beyond “feelings” and gives you the most objective, clear headed information you can get.
